Thank you for choosing Raxxar Digital Marketing to create a successful and profitable marketing campaign! Please review the questions below and fill them out to the best of your ability. This helps to provide a deep insight into your business, its structure, operations, goals and more. Yes, there are several questions, but providing as much detail as possible upfront allows us to fine-tune your campaigns and ads to make them as highly-targeted as possible.   • White Label Information

    Data in this section is about your agency. This is for our own records.
  • Your agency name
  • This should be YOUR agency logo we put on reports your client will see. Please provide a PNG with trans background or JPG with white background. If not we can edit for you.
  • This should be the list of keywords you want us to track, optimize, and rank for your client. If you do not have a set list provide the common ones you think should be included and we'll do keyword research and help develop the proper list.
  • From the list above you provided please pick out the top 4-6 keywords you think are the MOST important so we can prioritize keywords and optimizations properly. If you are unsure, let us know and we'll develop priority together based on keyword research.
  • Please list up to 3 competitors for your client.
  • Basic Information

    The information requested below is the most necessary for a marketing campaign and will be shared consistently throughout the internet. Be sure to type every detail with proper capitalization and punction marks, as we will display the information provided verbatim.
  • Your client's business name. Include the full descriptive name of the business including location (if part of a franchise), any LLC, inc. or otherwise legal text you may include at the end of your business name.
  • This is how a local resident may refer to your business. What is the common name for your business around your area?
  • Your clients full name (we use this on directories/citations).
  • Please provide your client's accurate physical location address (same as used on the GMB). This is most commonly the business' main office location, somewhere that a customer can travel to for help in person (if applicable).
  • Your clients website (the one we're going to optimize and rank).
  • Provide the email the business wants its customers to contact if they have questions. This email will be used to register future online accounts for online profiles, so it will be the account that receives verification emails. *Be sure that you can access this email before we begin the account creation process.
  • What email(s) should we send automated reports to? Reports get sent on the 3rd or 4th of every month for the prior month. You can include as many emails as you want. Reports are fully white labeled and can be sent to clients directly or to you for you to forward. Just let us know.
  • Your client's business phone number. This should also be the phone number that call-tracking forwards to.
  • Provide any additional numbers, the number types and the answering times if applicable.
  • Please provide your storefront opening hours as well as your phone line's operating hours, emergency service hours, etc.
  • If your hours are planned to change for holidays, personal reasons or any other matter that you know of ahead of time; provide them to us so we can mark your listing as closed or partially closed on those dates.
    Provide only payment options that the business can accept currently.
  • Provide the general industry that this business operates under.
  • Please list your business services offered. Try to avoid any overlap. If a service is a subset of another, please explain here. These will be your main services listed all across the internet. Please organize in order of importance.
  • Provide a condensed description of what your business does. (max: 200 characters)
  • Provide an expanded description of what sets your business apart from others in the same market. (max: 1000 characters)
  • Provide any notable landmarks that may help a user in navigating to the business storefront. (ex. in a certain business plaza, in an office building, near a monument, etc.)
  • Social Links

    Share the full URL to any Social Media profiles you have or know of for the business below.
  • Accounts & Login Info

    Here you will provide links to your online profiles for 3rd party websites such as Facebook, Google, Twitter, HomeAdvisor, etc.
  • Please add [email protected] as a MANAGER or higher to your client's GMB profile. We need this to onboard and optimize. Please do not skip this step. This is our white label Google Account so we can access your client's GMB directly without them knowing it's us.
  • Please provide the direct link to your client's GMB. Alternatively, you can also provide the CID, or login credentials to the profile. To find your Google MyBusiness profile's URL, head to maps.google.com, type in the name of your business, Click on the result for your business (if there are multiple, be sure to do this process for all listings that represent your business). Once you are looking at your listing, click 'share' and copy the provided URL into this field.
  • If you have a Google Account that has recovery information please put it here (phone number, email, pin, etc)
  • Please provide the website login credentials (Wordpress, Wix, Weebly, Squarespace, etc.)
  • This could be for Google Analytics, Google Search Console, GMB, CallRail, etc. Just any logins needed for us to fulfill.
