Twitter Now Lets Its Self-Service Advertisers Access Advanced Campaign Tools, Target Based On Interests, Device Or Sex
Users of Twitter’s self-serve advertising service can now advertise in two new ways, based on Interest and device.
Users can be targeted based on who they are following as 350 specified categories of interest. If you’re a golf shop owner, you might want to target users with the same interests as those who follow a famous golfer, like Tiger Woods.
Ads can also be limited to certain devices, such as iPhone, Android, or desktop computer, or targeted to men or women.
