What’s the timeline for completing each task?
It depends on the complexity and scope of the task. We will start your next task within one business day and finish it within a minimum of one business day. You can ask us for a timeline of completion for any task you have submitted.

Can this include help with Woocommerce?
Yes, we can help keep your Woocommerce store up-to-date if it is integrated on your website. This includes adding products, updating products and changing prices. It doesn't support custom programming to integrate specific features, such as modifying plugins to achieve other features.

What does “routine website maintenance” cover?
We will check your site weekly to check for any available updates. These include security updates for plugins, themes, and other areas. We'll install and configure the update for you as soon as it becomes available. We will also install, configure and manage plugins to keep your site safe from internet threats, and increase performance.

If I don’t use my support hours for the month, do they roll over?

Can I request revisions on the tasks?
Yes. While we strive to do the job right the first time, we offer revisions for every task. We'll be happy to make any revisions that can be done within the remaining amount of monthly support hours.

Yes! Design work is included in your monthly support hours.

Can you restore my site from a backup if needed?
Yes. We can restore your website from the most recent backup on request. We'll create daily backups if your website host doesn't automatically back up your site.

How do I get started?
It's easy to get started. To give us all the information we need, you will fill out a brief form after you have completed your purchase. You will receive an email within 1-2 business days after the form has been submitted, to let you know that we are getting started and to clarify any questions we may have.
